Instruction

It is at least on time this week. 100 words including the title. I was having trouble with this one until I looked up discipline in the thesaurus and one of the words it came up with was instruction. Set sometime in the first season and a conversational drabble.

Instruction

"You should pay more attention."

"And you should loosen up a little."

"Loosen up."

"Yeah. Look, I'm not a Peacekeeper, I haven't been doing this for years. Hell, I haven't even done this before. I'm not going to get it right the first time."

"Perseverance."

"Perseverance?"

"Keep trying and eventually you'll get it right."

"You mean like this?"

He had caught her unawares with a well-aimed pantak jab and now she was acutely aware of his exact position in relation to hers.

"I followed your advice, now you follow mine."

Loosen up, he had said. So she kissed him.
